Boingo releases your (IAP) Internet Access Point. The Nokia n97 has the Boingo Wi-Fi application pre-installed by default. If you access the Boingo application it would automatically create an IAP for you. This IAP is locked and you are unable to delete it manually via settings/destinations.

The attachment below removes the IAP. You have only to re-access the application for the Boingo IAP to be reinstalled if you wish to use it.
