I would like to have it for v40. Seems that frMediaToolbar.dll is the file, but the patch does not work.

It is different. It opens another software, does not open a "popup".

ex:
UID Music Player = 102072c3 in file = c3722010

EDIT:may be my exemple for convert not true

I've found out one interesting thing on this: are you seeing in file code? You can read Music Player's UID there; this can be a coincidence. But... if it isn't? This is not a great file to compare...
398D0010-Browser

But, if Browser's UID can be also read here, we just need to check every codes in .dll file and get an order. Then, we put a regular app's UID and we can get a mooded mediabar!

tried already to modifing frMediaToolbar.dll using patch.
its not working.
although i changed it to an other app, it opens MusicPlayer.

if you analyze frMediaToolbar.dll, you can see this info

16CMBBrowserPlugIn
16CMBGalleryPlugIn
20CMBMediaPlayerPlugIn
20CMBMusicPlayerPlugIn
20CMBOnLineSharePlugIn
20CMBPowerMenuObserver

i think we need to modify this files too.
