[rumour] EU languages in EU devices

Hi i bought my n5800 year ago in uk it has never had polish language, because i never wanted to lose my warranty.
today I went to polish nokia care, and first question was "do you have polish language"?(which means if yes "good bye";] )
so i asked him if i can pay for changing product code etc. he said he can`t do it as long as phone is under warranty but as far as he knows nokia is going to relase all EU devices with all EU languages but he doesn`t know when it is going to happen

just to let you know guys;]
has anybody ever heard about it?

mmm... no but please let me know: I'm spanish, living in Brussels, and my here legally-bought 5800 has NO spanish language as option... but turkish has it OK...!!!!

As it would take a lot of space in the device I doubt it.
