Today, i cooked my firmwares[nokia 5530 rm504 V20]
I try to alter the rofs2.
and the first i added some patchs.two homescreen element.effects and hacked patch.
I alter my firmwares as the article said.
and i repacked that.
the first time i couldn't find my homescreen elements in my config.and could't crack my phone.
Then i installed the helloOX and it showed me i couldn't install it because i had pack the patch in the firmwares.
and the second time i only alter some patchs, effects and phone's speed.
and i have some questions to ask, i hope that there would be someone answer my questions.
1. where is the starter_background_apps? i couldn't find it! I have searched it again n again.
and which files shows the starter items on background. i wanna alter it.
2. how can i delete some wares which i don't like? like OVI maps ,OVI store, etc.
3. how to add the hacked patch in the firmwares? i wanna do it but i add the patch.1dd and patchershadows.1dd. ,it can't work!
4. could we increase the C ROM?
uhh. my English isn't well,i hope that u can understand my meaning and answer my questions. THX Tongue

can you explain this?

if u wanna delete the apps which u don't like
u must find the same name
like bounce.exe
u should search the bounce[but the files are in the core.if u modify the core ,the phone will be dead after flashing! so far]
so we can't delete unless we can modify and flash the core
