0x1 string refers to gallery (images and videos), 0x2 to the folders to avoid.
0x4 refers to music player. Pay attention to the syntax.

naah, that BS...
0x1 string refers to where the music player looks for MP3 files. The rest of the syntax should remain the same.

and how to make music load only ex: mp3s folder??
please make it clear..
thx bro...

read above. or here are the exact steps below. As for images, there is no cure... yet...

P.S. You can find the file in your Z drive and 10202be9 folder

- find and modify according to your need the file 101ffcd2.txt to "C:\private\10202be9\"
- make it "read only" (change attribute)
- delete 101ffcd2.cre (if exists), in "C:\private\10202be9\persist" folder
- create E:\Music (as an example)
- remove all previous songs from phone or make them hidden and system (to make player use new modded file you must take next steps because it caches previous library)
- open music player and refresh library, you will have 0 songs in player
- now put songs in E:\Music and refresh library
- put other songs anywhere on E:\ and refresh library again to see it works (you will have only songs from E:\Music showed)

Refreshing is now faster and it chooses only E:\Music folder, not all C:\ and E:\ like before.

To create file that chooses custom folder edit 101ffcd2.txt with x-plore or PC notepad. This line: 0x1 string "E:\\Music\\" change to "E:\\Custom\\" and it will search only in E:\\Custom, of course you need to create folder and put songs there.

Don't forget, when changing 101ffcd2.txt repeat all from beggining.

Sorry mate, but I don't understand what you're saying. What bug in music player or gallery?
You asked how to limit music folders, well, I explained it above. If you want this straight in your FW before flashing, just place the modified 101ffcd2.txt with your custom folder (E:\Music or whatever in 0x1 string) in rofs2/private/10202be9, repack and flash. It works 100%.

As for limiting gallery - there is no cure yet. The gallery doesn't have this kind of *.txt file that we can modify.
