Orange Homescreen modding?

Has anyone started modding this homescreen or is it possible? Im interested in using this Homescreen but I feel like making changes to it. Can someone teach me or point me in the right direction on modding this?

If you are able to edit MIF file of orange homescreen, you can mod it any way you like.

it goes but i have problems that the icons some too small or too big i dont know why.
but here is orange skin with default nokia icons and transparent

I'm planning to modify orange homescreen as much as i can like i did for vodafone homescreen & for 360 ting music player... but not now... these days i'm a little busy...
may be i'll start after 10... so meanwhile anybody can post their ideas...you they want to help me..
