Don't know if there was some kind of confusion when posting.
The real MSN v5 app can be downloaded here :
It looks to be a chinese version but with English language as option

maybe you have a old version of winrar? try to download the file again and if it doesnt work, update your winrar to a newer version |

settings- general- personalisation- scroll down to language that is where you should be able to select the wanted langugae.
