How to hack nokia 5800/ sign applications

Hello, I have been using Nokia 5800 for almost 4 months now. I do not anything about hacking nokia 5800. I would really appreciate if anyone can tell me how to hack it.

And what do you mean by signing the application? Cause whenever I see the unsigned, the developers say that we have to sign it, but i really do not know how to do this.
