an idea for more phone memory

so you guys might know about the s60v5 app btswitch
how i understand it, it executes a command by opening, changing bluetooth status and then closing again
so can somebody make a widget or a program that deletes the cache and the dmgr and the temp files that are unused, because they always come back up again...
