i give it a 50%. Looks great. Function user friendly. easy to type msg single hand. But the 50% bad is too many bugs. lol.

i would give it a 50.hardware is good but doesnt have the software to match.to me,this phone feels like one of those things that has so much potential and hype but i felt kinda disappointed when it dropped from its pedestal.its just missing so many little things, options,UI interface.other programs/apps ive found absolutely no use for.the hardware earpiece problem dropped it 15% for me,prying open a brand new phone cause i cant hear my phone call?thats just kinda taking it to far for such a popular and flagship touch phone.

i still have hard time to decide to go for the 5800 or the n95!
......I kept my 5800 in the box and use my N95 instead..... ...... ......to date, most 5800 users rated 75% overall package for 5800.....not bad but still it needs to improve......no customer would buy 75% or less product overall package......

I will rate it at 70% for now.
Rating will go up if Nokia takes care of SW issues thru FW. Lets hope it does.
